Syazwan began his career in 2028 as a French lecturer at UITM Shah Alam, Alongside this role, he also worked as a Tour Consultant for a year, driven by his love for travel. It quickly become clear to him that his true calling extended beyond a conventional career.
At just 25 years old, he took a bold step and founded Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd in 2010. As Managing Director of Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd, he has established a specialty in organizing tailored VIP vacations and private shopping experiences building a reputation for excellence and personalized attention. His unwavering dedication and passion for travel ensure that he doesn’t just plan vacations he creates lasting memories.
Zuraihan Zaki
Corporate Communication Director
After graduating from Universiti Malaya with degree in Education, she became the Sales & Marketing Manager at DMB Kembara Sdn Bhd, Overseeing sales to major clients. In December 2016, she become the Office Manager & Director at selamatbercuti.com, managing daily operations and human resources.
As of 2024, she is the Commercial Director, responsible for shaping business strategies, analyzing marketing trends and identifying growth opportunities for the company.
Siti Rohaizan
Chief Operating Officer
Siti Rohaizan is the Senior Operations Manager at Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd, with a solid foundation in both business management and tour operations. She earned a Diploma Management in 2005.
Her career begun in tourism as an Assistant Tour (Inbound) at Impressions Holidays form June 2005 to December 2007. She then took on the role of Tour Operation Executive at Gemilang Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd in 2008, and later served as Assistant Manager of the Tour and Umrah Division at Sila Tour and Travel Sdn Bhd from 2009 to December 2010. She advanced further in her career becoming a Manager at IMG Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd from February 2011 to June 2022.
Since joining Wan Vacation in July 2022, she holds the position of Senior Operations Manager, Starting January 2025, she promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd.
Arliana Rozali
Head of Finance & Account
Her career began as an Accounts Executive at PC Servicing Sdn Bhd from 2007 to 2009, followed by a similar role at Inz Padu Corporation Sdn Bhd from May 2009 to January 2011. She then joined Poto Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd in February 2011, where she advanced from Accounts Executive to Assistant Accounts Manager, a position she held until March 2020.
In January 2024, she became the Head of Financce at Wan Vacation, where she continues to apply her extensive knowledge and experience in financial management.
Aishah Nuradziela Johari
Head of Marketing & Business Development
In 2024, she brought her expertise to Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd as Head of Marketing & Business Development.
Mas Mesdier.
Branch Manager (Putrajaya)
Mas Mesdeir has over 20 years of accounting experience, starting his career in 1997 with Jepamojosa Sdn Bhd. He specialized in travel and tours accounting and become an Accounts Officer at the Malaysian Golf Association in 2008. He then worked as an Accounts Executive at Poto Travel & Tours for 6 years.
In 2015, he was the Head of Accounts at Kowamas Holidays and joined Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd in 2017. Currently, he is the Branch Manager in Putrajaya and also serves as Sales Manager.
Zulika Intan
Branch Manager (Johor Bahru)
She later returned to the travel agency sector, working with Sime Darby Travel in Johor Bahru and Holiday Tours Sdn Bhd as a Travel Consultant, handling corporate and multinational accounts for 11 years.
In 2013, she joined Poto Travel Sdn Bhd, a Bumiputera agency, where she continued her work in ticketing and also became a Tour Leader for group trips. In 2024, she was given the responsibility to manage and operate the new Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd branch in Johor Bahru.
Emilia Ismail
Head of Product & Customer Service
Emilia Ismail, graduated from UiTM Shah Alam with B.Sc. (Hons) in Hotel Management in 2000. She worked in the hotel industry for 4 years in Front Office and Rooms Divison. In 2005, she joined Krisflyer Singapore Airlines as a Customer Service Executive for 2 years, then worked at Asia Experience Sdn Bhd for 5 years as a Supplier Relation Senior Officer.
Form 2011 to 2016, she worked with Kowamas Holidays Sdn Bhd. Her extensive customer experience led her to become the Customer Service Department Manager, and now she is holding a position as Product & Customer Services Head of Department at Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd.
Ain Razak
Head of Ticketing
Following that, she advanced to the role of Ticketing Executive at Beststar Travel Centre Sdn Bhd, where she played a key role in managing ticketing operations for nearly 11 years.
Since September 2022, she has been a pivotal member of Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd, leading the ticketing department with expertise and dedication.
Khairi Nazmi
Head of Sales, KLSO & Putrajaya
In February 2025, he joined Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd as Sales Manager, bringing expertise in sales, corporate travel, and event management to drive the company’s growth.
Rozaimi Rasul
Head of Incentive
From 2015 to 2021, he served in Umrah department, as Sales Executive in Mursyid Alharamain and as Sales Manager at Straits Central Agency (SCA, Brunei), leading sales strategies and client relations.
With a strong background in sales, he is now focusing on corporate incentive travel, acting as Head of Incentive at Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd

Head of Tour (Kuala Lumpur)
In October 2024, he joined Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd, bringing his expertise in tour operations to the team.
Izzuddin Safri

Since 2022, he has been serving as the Head of the Tour Department (Putrajaya) at Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd, overseeing tour operations, product development, and customer experience.
